Sandtex Trade Solvent Based Stabilising Solution Clear 5L

Sandtex® Trade Stabilising Solution is a highly-penetrative, solvent-based stabiliser for use on most exterior masonry surfaces and exterior grade building boards.
 
This colourless solution requires just one coat to stabilise chalking, weathered and porous decorative surfaces and to control suction on undecorated surfaces.

The advanced formulation of Sandtex® Trade Stabilising Solution treats chalking, porous exterior masonry with just one application – removing the need to recoat and saving time and labour costs.
 
The product penetrates deeply into the surface of the substrate to stabilise weathered, loose or powdery decorative finishes, and when used on undecorated surfaces, helps to control suction and reduce absorbency of porous surfaces.
 
Sandtex® Trade Stabilising Solution is colourless, so will not affect the colour of any decorative finishes used. With no need to recoat, this surface treatment is suitable for application to most exterior masonry walls and surfaces including rendering, roughcast, pebbledash, brickwork and exterior grade building boards.
